"We Thought This Was a Good Idea?"
Meredith Jacobs and I collaborated on our this revue, but these are highlights from sketches that wrote. This is from April 13, 2024 at The Blackout Cabaret, in Chicago. "Chapstick" Originally, this song was created for the revue, Friends with Health Benefits. Luckily, Matthew Pollack had a chance to update the backing track he composed, and with the help of Jackie Wiles, Abby Gillette, and Matthew Kawa, we had some visuals for the song. Unfortunately, you can't see them in this clip, but imagine this poor chapstick on the sidewalk outside of The Second City. "Museum" Towards the end of the show, I made an excuse to chug a hard seltzer on stage. Still got it! |

"Artie & The Apple Gang"
Artie Brennan (New York City) and I met back in 2017 at a Chicago intensive class at The Second City. During the first COVID-19 lockdown, he decided to reach out to comedians around the country to do voice overs for this sketch. "Johnson & Johnson" Another early pandemic sketch, during quarantine, I wrote this desk bit for Sammy Obeid's Zoom Show, SO Happy Hour with Sammy Obeid. |

"The Home Office"
Nicole Weber and I collaborated on this parody. We also used our improv skills to match the tone of the original show. Starring: Nicole Weber, Will McDonald, Matt Mills, and myself. "Old Dogs, New Tricks" This sketch was edited for Classic Alley Performer's February 2021 Show: Raiders of the Lost Year! We have adapted our on-stage comedy revues with Strike Theater to an online format using Facebook Live during the COVID-19 pandemic. Enjoy! "A Zoom Gender Reveal Party" In this sketch, I wanted to try something a little different. Instead of being scripted word-for-word, I only planned for the comedic beats. These improvisers did wonderfully for their first time trying this! Starring: Adam Mellerup, Christopher Pitner, Brian Scot, Meredith Jacobs, Matt Mills and myself. |
